Pageant location: Culture Center of Los Angeles, 9443 Telstar Avenue, El Monte, Ca
91731, USA. Telephone number 626-443-9999. This is a Taiwan government owned
facility designed for Overseas Taiwanese use.
Requirements
(a.) Single female. (b.) Age: 8 thru 14. (c.) At least 12.5% (1/8) Taiwanese ancestry. (d.) No requirement
on birthplace or residency.
How to Enter Preliminary

The application is processed on the “First come, first served” basis. We reserve the right to stop
accepting any applications, if the quota is met. Applicants should submit the complete application as
soon as possible but no later than the April 20th, 2010 deadline. Please mail the signed application form
and entry fee (item d.). At the same time, email a copy of the application with all other documents (item
b, c and e) to jack@misstaiwan.org. a.) A signed copy of Application form. b.) A copy of proof of age
document. (passport, birth certificate, etc) c.) Minimum of two photos, one head shot and one full-length
shot (please print your name on the reverse side). d.) Entry fee of $ 45. - (Non-refundable) check or
money order payable to Miss Taiwan USA FoundationTM. d.) A letter in English or Taiwanese Chinese to
explain 1.) Why you want to be a Miss Preteen Taiwan. 2.) Why you should be chosen Miss Preteen
Taiwan World, 3.) What you would do as Miss Preteen Taiwan, if chosen. Please limit it to 100 to 1,500
words. Also email a Microsoft Word copy to Jack@misstaiwan.org.
Entering Final Competition
a.) Miss Preteen Taiwan World PageantTM (Also know as Miss Taiwan PreteenTM World Pageant) has
absolute authority to decide and recommend candidates to enter into the final competition as
semifinalists.
b.) Summit $300 final entry fee upon notification.
c.) Each semifinalist will receive the Miss Preteen Taiwan World training, 2 VIP tickets.
d.) Queens and princesses will be chosen to represent Miss Preteen Taiwan WorldTM, Miss Preteen
TaiwanTM, Miss Preteen Taiwan USATM, Miss Preteen Taiwan CaliforniaTM, Miss Preteen Taiwan
MichiganTM, Miss Preteen Taiwan Washington DCTM, and Miss Preteen TaiwanTM of other areas at the
Pageant Final on Saturday June, 2009. They will receive the crowns, sashes, titles, scholarships,
awards, prizes and memorable experiences. Taiwan Goodwill Ambassadors will also be chosen.
