| Miss Teen Taiwan WorldTM Application |
Application Deadline: July 7th, 2010
Pageant Final: August 14, 2010
How to Enter Preliminary
The application is processed on the “First come, first served” basis. We reserve the right
to stop accepting any applications, if the quota is met. Applicants should submit the
complete application as soon as possible but no later than the July 7th, 2010 deadline.
Please mail the signed application form and the entry fee (items a and b) to Miss Taiwan
Foundation, 904 SILVER SPUR RD., SUITE 411, ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA 90274.
At the same time, email a copy of the application with all other documents (item a, c, d
and e) to jack@misstaiwan.org.
(a.) A signed Application form.
(b.) Entry fee of $ 45. - (Non-refundable) check or money order payable to Miss Taiwan
USA Foundation.
(c.) A copy of proof-of-age document.
(d.) Minimum of two photos, one headshot and one full-length shot (please print your
name on the reverse side).
(e.) An essay in English or Taiwanese Chinese to explain (1.) Why do you want to be
Miss Teen Taiwan World. (2.)Why you should be chosen Miss Teen Taiwan World, (3.)
What you want to accmplish, if chosen, as Miss Teen Taiwan World. Please limit it
between 500 to 1,500 words. Email the essay in Microsoft Word file to Jack@misstaiwan.
org.
Entering Final Competition
a.) Miss Teen Taiwan World PageantTM (Also know as Miss Taiwan Teen World
PageantTM) has absolute authority to decide and recommend candidates to enter into
the final competition as semifinalists.
b.) Sumit $300 final entry fee upon notification.
c.) Each semifinalist will receive the Miss Taiwan Preteen World training, 2 VIP tickets.
d.) Queens and princesses will be chosen to represent Miss Teen Taiwan WorldTM,
Miss Teen TaiwanTM, Miss Teen Taiwan USATM, Miss Teen Taiwan CaliforniaTM, Miss
Teen Taiwan MichiganTM, Miss Teen Taiwan Washington DCTM and Miss Teen Taiwan
of other areas at the Pageant Final on Saturday August 14th, 2010. They will receive
the crowns, sashes, titles, scholarships, awards, prizes and memorable experiences.
Taiwan Goodwill Ambassadors will also be chosen.
The above-mentioned items should be mailed to:
