About Us
The history of Miss Taiwan Pageant began in 2000 with the primary goal of
promoting Taiwanese culture to young Taiwanese Americans and to the
peoples around the world. The pageant is organized by the Miss Taiwan
Foundation which receives support from its many hard working volunteers and
generous sponsors. One of the foremost responsibilities of Miss Taiwan is to
take on the role of representing the foundation as its ambassador to build
relations and engage in productive interactions with other local communities.
